Hello, Regarding the luggage, we offer a free service to drop your luggage both for check-in, and check-out, so our guests can explore and enjoy Florence. Our rooms do not have a washing mashine, only apartments do. Best regards, Novella Staff

Hi, is not a problem. Our check-in time is until 7:00pm but we a free self-check-in at Novella House, so you can arrive what time you want and enter by yourself what time you want

Hi, we have rooms and apartments from the ground floor to the third floor, and there is the lift in the building, but to reach the lift (and also the rooms on the ground floor) need to do 5 steps up and three down. Best Regards

Amazing location, beautiful boutique style accommodations, old world feel, excellent value.
Our group used 2 rooms. One was a 2 bedroom apartment, the other a deluxe double. Both were very large, very comfortable, and well appointed. The apartment gave the 4 of us ladies traveling together a great space to unwind in the evening with games, wine, and snacks!!
Nothing, it was perfect. Our sink drain was slow, but no big deal

Had an amazing stay, very comfortable and wonderful place as a base to discover Florence.
Spacious, comfortable and at walking distance from all mail points of the city .
The street in front of the hotel feels a bit ‘shady’. But the venue itself makes up for that 100%
